With over a decade of personal training experience and more than eight years working with clinical populations, Aaron saw the need for a gym that doesn’t just talk about inclusivity but practices it every day.
At New Gen Fitness, he leads both 1-on-1 training and small group sessions, offering personalized programming twice daily on weekdays.
Specializing in helping beginners and individuals managing chronic conditions, Aaron ensures that every client receives expert guidance, tailored support, and a welcoming community to thrive in.

Rhonda graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage in Regina, SK in 2016.
She has always been passionate about understanding the body and how important the mind, body, spirit and emotions are in our overall health.
Helping clients achieve their physical and emotional wellness is a top priority.

Tunde is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
Not only does he enjoy helping people meet their fitness goals, but he strives to make it a memorable and good experience throughout the journey.
He believes this life is about reaching goals and conquering life. He wants to bring out the best in people.
Fitness is a lifestyle for him. Being fit and healthy makes him feel confident, strong and unstoppable!
JANELLE WIG-BURNS, BKIN

Janelle graduated from the U of S with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She is also a certified personal trainer through ISSA.
She is a big advocate of functional fitness and wellness for daily living. Being a busy mom of four, she understands the importance of community. With her supportive training style with her clients, she creates just that.
Janelle also knows that coffee is key and always has one on the go!
Amber Wiebe, BKIN, Precision Nutrition Level 1

Amber comes to New Gen Fitness with a bachelor of kinesiology in Human Kinetics from the University of Regina. She also holds 2 certificates in nutritional coaching.
Ambers passion for health and fitness started with her passion for wrestling. She’s dedicated 17 years of her life to the sport which includes being on the national team with hopes of pursuing the Olympics one day.
Injury prevention and education is what Ambers focus is on when it comes to her personal athletic journey, along with the journey of her clients.
If she’s not on the mat or in the gym, she’s in the mountains hiking with her two wiener dogs!
Nikita Senko, BKIN, MPT, Precision Nutrition Level 1

Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Nikita grew up immersed in the world of competitive athletics. Her passion for sports led her to play for the University of Regina Cougars, followed by a successful career in semi-professional soccer.
With a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Human Kinetics, and a Master’s of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Nikita brings a deep understanding of the human body and movement to her training approach. She combines her academic expertise with years of athletic experience to help clients achieve their fitness goals while prioritizing efficient and injury-free movement.
As a dedicated gym enthusiast, Nikita excels in applying biomechanics to design personalized programs that optimize performance, strength, and mobility. Her goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through tailored training that builds confidence and results.

Carter Gusway, Bsrs, NASM-CPT

Carter has coached football for over 10 years, with 5 years coaching NCAA college football in the US and 2 years in Europe. Since moving back to Regina, Carter has been appointed the new Offensive Coordinator for the Regina Thunder.
Carter has a background in coaching high performance athletes; driven to help them meet and exceed their goals on and off the field. He has been able to do this because of the meaningful relationship built with his athletes.
Athletic strength and movement have been Carter’s main focus as he strives to push his athletes and clients to test their limits in a positive and encouraging style. Carter is excited to help you reach all of your fitness goals, regardless of your experience!
